This event will be held in New York, USA, on September 28 and 29, 2016. It is being jointly organized with FitchRatings, Hogan Lovells, Standard and Poor’s Rating Services, Mayer Brown, Holland and Knight and BNY Mellon.

The event will bring together the most innovative group of issuers of securitized securities, bankers, lawyers, investors and financiers of infrastructure projects throughout Latin America for two days of discussion and debate on emerging methods, with the aim of employing securitized and structured financial products for financing, growth and optimization of capital. Held in an environment of increasingly complex and restrictive credit conditions and fragile investor confidence, and in the midst of several multi-billion infrastructure initiatives – this event will deeply examine the opportunities that structured and securitized instruments are creating for borrowers in Latin America.

All FIAP members that qualify as corporate issuers, institutional investors, and CEOs/CFOs/Treasurers of development agencies, can attend the event free of charge. All other attendees (lawyers, bankers, consultants, etc.) will receive a 25% discount on registration fees.
