The World Bank is organizing the Seventh Global Pension and Savings Conference, which will be held from September 19 to 21, 2016, in Washington, D.C., USA The Conference will use shared global experiences to establish an agenda for the future development of tools, techniques and policies for improving pension results in coming decades.

The program will examine the points of view of countries and regional delegates, and world experts of governments, regulators and supervisors, academics and leaders of the pension industry.

As in previous years, the Conference will attract top-level policymakers, regulators and supervisors involved in pension fund systems; pension fund managers and life insurance companies; academics; officials of international financial organizations; managers of pension fund associations, as well as World Bank Group and International Monetary Fund staff.
