On 15 and 16 of May, in Cancun the International Seminar Results and Challenges of Pension System Reforms , was held, with the participation of renowned World Bank, International Monetary Fund and Watson Wyatt experts, in addition to Pension Fund Management industry and several government representatives. It was organized by FIAP and AMAFORE.

The main objectives of this forum were to evaluate the results of reforms that have created pension systems based on individual capitalization, in Latin America and Eastern Europe primarily and to discuss the main challenges that the reformed systems face, in order to attain their full consolidation and efficient development.
