Resources of the Fourth National Public Competition for Pension Education in Chile Awarded

On Wednesday, April 4, 2012, the Undersecretary of Social Security, Augusto Iglesias, announced that the resources of the Fourth National Public Competition for Pension Education in Chile (FEP) were finally awarded to 29 of the 163 projects that were technically assessed by the selection committee.

“I would like to thank all of the bidders in this new version of the FEP, since through your initiatives you are helping to foster the creation and development of a pension culture which will improve the standard of living of millions of Chileans,” said the undersecretary.

The selection committee was made up of Hugo Cifuentes, president of the Pensions System Users’ Committee; José Valladares, of the Social Security Institute (IPS); Pamela Gana, of the Superintendency of Pensions; and Paulina Astorga, in representation of the Undersecretary of Social Security.
