On October 18-20, in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the 44th Brazilian Congress of Private Pensions (CBPP) will take place, organized by the Brazilian Association of Pension Funds (ABRAPP), UniAbrapp, Sindapp (National Union of Previsional Private Closed Entities), ICSS (Institute for Institutional and Professional Certification in Social Security) and Conecta. This is the largest world event in the sector and will bring together knowledge, perspectives and trends from national and international speakers. This year, the event will be held under the theme “Complementary Pension for All”.

After the official opening of the event, the philosopher, writer, professor and doctor in Social History of the University of São Paulo (USP), Leandro Karnal, will impart a masterful session on the “Infinite Game”. The first day of programming will end with a plenary on the central theme of the event, “Complementary Pensions for All”, in which will participate the lawyer, consultant and former Secretary of Complementary Pensions, Adacir Reis; and the economist and Doctor of Economic Sciences, José Roberto Afonso. The event will also count on the presence of international names, such as the CEO of Principles of Responsible Investing (PRI), David Atkin, who will speak about the new business paradigms.
